Creative writing workshop hosted by The 90 Minute Writers Group and The Brisbane Community Library.

Tuesday evenings 6-8pm, September 14th through November 16th.

Ten fun and informative workshop-meetings which will be held at the Brisbane Library.

Emphasis will be on exercises and discussions about breaking through writer’s block, rediscovering the writer’s voice, and overcoming the anxiety that prevents the writer from submitting work for publication.

Participants can bring in any original unpublished works to use in the workshop. However, please limit these to: An excerpt from a novel in progress, or two short stories of no more than 2000 words each, or a selection of poetry that totals less than 1000 words.

Safe and brightly lit street parking is available near the library entrance.

Light refreshments will be served.
