Tan Lin is the author of two books of poetry, Lotion Bullwhip Giraffe and BlipSoak01. Lin is the recipient of a Getty Distinguished Scholar Grant for 2004-2005 and a Warhol Foundation/Creative Capital Arts Writing Grant to complete a book on the writings of Andy Warhol. He has just completed a novel, Our Feelings Were Made By Hand and a blog of what he read last week is available at http://ambientreading.blogspot.com .
Ken Chen is the 2009 recipient of the Yale Series of Younger Poets Award, the oldest annual literary award in the United States for his debut poetry collection Juvenilia, which came out last April. He is the Executive Director of The Asian American Writers’ Workshop, the most prominent literary arts nonprofit in support of Asian American literature. Read more at kenchen.org.
