The preparation of Hong Kong Young Writers Awards 2011 is well on its way, some rules and submission details have changed so be sure to read through the information packages sent to your school in the coming months!

We have received wonderful feedback from the first Hong Kong Young Writer Awards of 2010 and this year will not disappoint! The competition has expanded to include Beijing and Shang Hai and we have opened the competition to students in Year 11.

About the award

The Hong Kong Young Writers Awards is an annual competition for young writers in Hong Kong to flex their creative muscles in fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. The competition is unique because it culminates in an official anthology, showcasing the most creative and imaginative literary talent in Hong Kong and China. The 2011 competition will also include Beijing and Shang Hai!
