Award For Creative Writing On Human Rights In Hindi
National Human Rights Commission invites Hindi books/manuscripts (original or translated from other Indian Languages or English) under an award scheme “Creative writing on Human Rights in Hindi” in a bid to encourage creative writing in Hindi on various subjects pertaining to Human Rights. Total number of words in each book/manuscript should be at least 30,000. Last date for sending the entries is 30 September, 2010.

Three awards of Rs. 50,000/-, 40,000/- and 30,000/- will be given for Ist, 2nd and 3rd prizes, respectively, for writing books in Hindi and three awards of Rs. 30,000/-, 25,000/- and 20,000/- for Ist, 2nd and 3rd prizes respectively, for Hindi translation of standard books of other Indian languages or English.
