Up From The Roots in community partnership with the Kapisanan Arts Centre presents the Roots Lounge Open Mic and Poetry Slam. Join us on Sunday June 6th, for the Season Finale of the Roots Lounge, as we decide which poets will represent Toronto and Up From The Roots at the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word in Toronto. Those qualified for the slam include:
