The Scots Language Society’s annual Sangschaw competition will take place in the autumn. Entries are now invited for Sangschaw 2010. Each category has a first prize of £150 and there are three cups to be won. Blog Yourself into a Job Contest

We want to know your thoughts and writing style. There are (4) Four topics that you can choose to write about. There is no limit to how much you can write. Multiple blog submissions are OK as well. Contest ends at June 1st, 2010. Send your entries to: contest@socialbuzzin.com. A $200.00 USD bonus is automatically given upon officially winning the contest. Only one winner will be chosen and paid the bonus, but multiple positions within our company are available for the runners up. Submit as many entries as you want. The Side Mission

The Challenge: In 300 words or less, describe your funniest First Person Shooter moment ever. CLOSING DATE: Extended again; No closing date until we receive some entries.Want to say sorry the couple of dudes who already sent in a story we’ve had to keep changing the closing date because we weren’t getting entries. PRIZE: A brand-new game for Wii, PS3 or 360, delivered to your door from Amazon or Gamestop. Any regular game of your choice, no special editions or premium-priced bundles. (More information HERE.)

Mysterious May

This competition invites you to select any one of the entries listed and write a fictional short-story around it.Please be virus savvy and scan any documents that are potential virus threats before opening them. The story should not exceed 3,000 words. Please note that this competition is also open to the School's channel. Submissions must therefore be suitable for all age-groups. 1st Prize - £50, 2nd Prize - £25, + mystery prizes for 2 runner-ups! This competition closes on 30 June 2010.
