Readers' Bios:

Hyejung Kook was born in Seoul , Korea but has spent most her life living on the East Coast. She holds a B.A. in English from Harvard and an M.F.A in poetry from New York University , where she formerly taught freshman composition. Her poetry has appeared in Denver Quarterly and Fugue, and she has written a chamber opera libretto, Flight, commissioned by composer Sarana Chou. A 2009 Kundiman Fellow, she is currently working on a book of poems.
