Call for Submissions: Diversity, the Best in Minority Writing
As many of you know, June is Pride Month, celebrating excellence and achievement in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender society. What many of you might NOT know is that Untreed Reads has a special short story line entitled Diversity, which showcases the best in minority writing, whether that be LGBT, African-American, Latino, etc..

In honor of Pride Month, Untreed Reads has set a goal to release 30 brand-new LGBT stories, one per day. We are looking for stories with either a LGBT main character or theme in any genre EXCEPT erotica. We have no problem with stories with romantic elements, but will not accept stories that are strictly romance. Mysteries, sci-fi, horror and literature are especially welcome.

All submissions must be 5,000 words or less, and must follow our regular submission guidelines which can be found HERE. Flash fiction will also be accepted. All titles will be submitted to all of our regular sales channels. Titles not being designated for sale within a certain day in June may still be published in the line at a later time.

Please indicate “Diversity Submission” when you send your story. All submissions must be received no later than June 10th for consideration for Pride Month.

This is an open submission call, and may be reposted to any and all blogs, groups, etc..
