Full time

As part of a team you will provide undergraduate and postgraduate teaching on the Creative Writing modules, in the Department of Humanities. You will initiate new research projects, generate external income, supervise PhD students and contribute to collaborative research activity with the Creative Writing group and wider Department. Your own high quality publications will contribute to the 2012/2013 Research Excellence Framework (REF).

You will be an early career or established research active academic with a relevant PhD and/or equivalent postgraduate or professional qualification/experience. You will have specialist expertise and teaching experience in prose, although additional experience in the teaching of script or poetry is a strong advantage.
