Our client, a Singapore based Company is conducting interviews for an Assistant Manager – Web Communication

Qualification:

o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism with a good command over the English language.
o A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet.
o An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
o An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills.
o Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
o An understanding of keywords and Meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, Meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.

Work Experience

o Writing web content for websites / portals from scratch.
o Editing and Proof reading content once written.
o Writing product descriptions, brand support material etc.
o Research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit web content; ensure copy integrity and quality control
o Translate brand goals and business needs into clear, engaging, actionable copy
o Work collaboratively with information architects, designers, content authors/owners, and developers to brainstorm concepts and coordinate content and design
o Design copy strategies for fully integrated programs
o Good understanding of SEO; experience in analyzing and writing keyword-rich content for web sites
o Understand user interface development process, including sitemaps, wire frames, templates, and other architectural documents and be able to write to specs
o Understand web production process and systems
