Description: Established in 1984, the UST LITERARY SOCIETY is one of the academic organizations of the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Santo Tomas. In its twenty years of existence, the society has concerned itself with bringing together all the students majoring in Literature so as to advance their scholarly welfare through meaningful projects as well as to help spread better appreciation of Literature and to correct misconceptions that our chosen field of study is confined solely to books. Through full cooperation and active participation, with support from the Arts and Letters Faculty and student body, the society shall continue to impress upon its members the mark of eternal tradition instilling faith in their own potentials breaking barriers, reaping triumphs, and believing that the power to instigate bigger and better changes in contributing for a better society is in their hands.
