Responsibilities:
* Writing, editing, translating internal and external communications;
* Preparing corporate collaterals including newsletter, press releases, fact sheets, brochures and advertorial;
* Supporting and fostering knowledge management;
* Assisting the team in executing internal and marketing activities;
* Creating and updating web content for the corporate website and intranet
Requirements:
* University degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism, or translation;
* 2-3 years’ experience working in corporate communications roles in MNCs or Public Relations Agency;
* Ideally with media agencies or publications background
* Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must;
* Highly organized and attentive to details, able to multi-task and work under pressure;
* Experience in an architectural / engineering industry is preferred;
* Strong media network is an advantage;
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
