Any undergraduate student enrolled in a four-year South Korean university is eligible to apply. In frewer than 900 words write your input on how the current inter-Korean relationship could evolve toward reunification during the 21st century.
The grand prize winner will receive $2,000, while the two Commendation Prize winners will each receive $1,000. The winning works will be considered for publication in the North Korean Review, The Korea Times and on the homepage of the Hanns Seidel Foudnation Seoul Office.
