- Check stories for grammatical errors and factual errors
- Giving suitable headlines
- Plan overall appearance of the page with the use of graphic/pictorial elements, working under strict deadlines
- Editing and subbing skills
- Quark Xpress knowledge
- Well versed with City knowledge and should keep a constant tab on news
- Candidate should have atleast 2 to 3 years of print experience
