EAI is a leading independent think-tank located in Seoul. Through conducting academic, survey and policy research, EAI offers practical solutions and directions on the current issues affecting the Korean Peninsula and the East Asia region. With its vast international network, EAI often collaborates with other leading research institutions on a diverse range of policy-relevant issues.

East Asia Institute (EAI) is currently looking for a full-time English Editor.

OVERVIEW:
  • Position: English Editor
  • Deadline: March 25, 2013
  • Tentative schedule for interview: March 28-29, 2013
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Masters-level degree preferred in the social sciences. Experience in editing or research work in political science or international relations favored.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Editing EAI products, including translated works
  • Producing the monthly English newsletter
  • Conducting multimedia interviews with international scholars
  • Managing the project on U.S.-China Relations Series
