With the objective of igniting the minds of younger generation and to bring out their thought process, UT, in association with Big Bazaar, is organizing an essay competition for school students.
The theme of the essay competition is “Udaipur of My Dreams”. Students will have to list out things that they like about Udaipur, things that they would like to change and the steps that they would suggest for making those changes.
Under the Theme of “Udaipur of My Dreams”, students will have to write an essay of up to 1000 words focusing on the following key areas:
The participants will be divided into 3 broad age categories for purpose of evaluation:
The prizes have been sponsored by Big Bazaar, Resonance & Max Pro Education. Resonance would be providing consolation prizes from 4th to 10th Position, in all three categories.
Results will be announced in a gala ceremony on 28th Oct at 11:00 am at Big Bazaar. The ceremony will be hosted by RJ Ankit from 94.3 My FM. On-the-spot prizes will be also provided to the participants by Resonance and Big Bazaar.
Entries to be submitted on white paper with details including name, age, school & class and a passport size photograph needs to be submitted with each entry. .
Last date for submitting the entries is 21st Oct 2012.
