Deadline: 30 October 2012
Experience, Share, Inspire.
Who can conjure up the magic and mysticism of the temples of Cambodia? Who can best translate the sights, smells and sounds of the markets of Bangkok? Who can transport someone from the hustle and bustle of their office in the city to the tranquillity and beauty of a Malaysian beach with just a few words? Or simply put…who will win our competition by inspiring others through sharing their Asia experience?
At Selective Asia we are passionate about Asia. Our number 1 priority is to ensure our customers don't just visit Asia... they experience Asia, and now we’re calling on all you travel writers out there to help us. You can win an Ipad 3 – it should come in handy on your next journey. Additionally, you can gain exposure and visitors for your blog from the Selective Asia site.
Not all of us have been lucky enough to visit Asia, and even less have experienced all of the magical places within this continent. Our competition is aimed at inspiring people to take a first visit to Asia, or to visit a new Asian destination. This isn’t about writing another destination guide, it’s about unforgettable memories or for those who haven’t been, about an experience waiting to happen that is high on your travel wish list.
To enter the competition, please write in no less than 200 words about an “An Asian experience to remember”, and post on your own blog. Simply include a link in your piece to any page from the Selective Asia website, doing so in whichever way you feel best appropriate to add value to your post.
Entrants must email the link to their blog post together with their contact details by the 30th October 2012. The winner will be announced on 14th November 2012 selected by our very own Nick Pulley. Having visited Asia over 30 times in the last 20 years, Nick has many memories of his own and is looking forward to reading your entries.
