SHORT STORY COMPETITION GUIDELINES

Complete the story in just 1000 words. Participants are required to develop a story that fits well with the following opening lines:

She was thoroughly enjoying her stroll when a man lying prone on the roadside caught her attention. Fearing the worst, she turned the limp figure over. Her heart leapt a mile when she saw the man's face...

A panelof 3 judges (whose decision would be final) would decide the prize winners. There will be attractive prizes for the winners!

All entries received will become the property of Chandigarh Literary Society which will be at liberty to use them in any manner.

Entry is open to all. Only one entry per person may be sent. Word limit is 1000 words.
