Contemporary Literary Review: India (CLR: I) is one of the leading literary journals in English. CLRI publishes a wide variety of creative pieces including poems, stories, criticism, fiction, non-fiction, arts, photography, film reviews, book reviews, product reviews, and other genres of the best quality of the time from around the world. Contemporary Literary Review: India aims to promote writers and their writings.
Contemporary Literary Review: India is available online for free and in over 10 electronic formats and with almost all eStores worldwide, and in print. CLRI print edition has its ISSN 2250-3366, while its electronic versions have various ISBN numbers with different publishing companies.
Contemporary Literary Review: India invites submission in all genres and categories from writers, photographers, and artists.
SUBMISSION CHECKLIST:
1. Copy and paste your writing into the mail body (no attachments please). If formatting is a concern, then please first send the material in the mail body and ask for sending this in another format. We will tell you how to send later.
2. Write a cover letter and show the material is yours and original (no simultaneous submission).
3. Always include an introduction to your writing/material.
4. Write a brief biography in third person.
5. We don't accept any articles that reflect pornography, hatred or any sorts of aversion.
6. We are unable to pay to the contributors presently. However, we give credit to them wherever their material is used or re-used.
7. Copyrights lie with the contributors, we own the first right only. They can use their contribution later as they like. We simply expect they should give us credit as first published with us with issue number/dates.
8. By submitting a material the contributors give us the right to publish and re-publish it. Each time we use a material in a new medium we will inform the contributors about it.
9. Response period is rather shorter.
10. Editor's decision is final.

12. Write Submission followed by genre in the subject line of the mail. Example: "Submission: Poetry".
POETRY
1. We welcome all types of poems, any length, any subject.
2. Contemporary poetry is most preferred. Rhyming scheme followed is on low demand.
3. Pictorial support to poetry is highly regarded, but is not a condition.
STORIES
1. Stories should not be more than 2,000 words.
2. Pictorial support to stories is highly regarded, but is not a condition.
CRITICISM
1. Criticism may be on any subject.
2. Critical essays should show good analytical discussion.
3. Criticism on contemporary subjects is most welcome.
4. Critical essays should be well referenced.
