FILIPINO CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION- CALIFORNIA presents a call for entries to BREAKING THE CYCLE OF POVERTY: A 2011 METRO-WIDE ESSAY COMPETITION. Join the Filipino Children’s Foundation in its fight against child poverty and suffering.
All high-school students residing in Greater Manila are invited to participate in this conscientious effort to promote a better and brighter future for poverty stricken children. Winning entries may be used and submitted to the government for implementation proposal
FCF’s is holding a 2011 Essay Contest aimed at collating and devising plans and strategies on how to break the unending cycle of child poverty in the Philippines.
Winners shall be granted cash prizes, media acknowledgement and most importantly, shall be recognized as a contributor to the improvement of many children’s lives. Last day for submission of entries is on September 22, 2011. The Cash Prizes for the winners are as follows:
First Prize - P20,000
Second Prize - P15,000
Third Prize - P10,00
