Acquisitions Editor (Custom Publishing-Higher Education)
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities :
* To acquire manuscripts for the custom publishing programme
* To achieve author signings targets in line with custom publishing plan
* To work with sales colleagues to achieve sales targets
* To work with authors, project editors to develop and deliver high-quality, timely customised print and media products and services
Requirements :
* A degree with a good command of English and Malay Language
* Be market focused and commercially driven
* Work flexibly in a team
* Demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
The ideal candidate should have a sales/publishing background with a record of accomplishment.
