Location: Hong Kong / Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities

- Provide editorial direction on the corporate marketing magazine and web content.
- Produce and edit enticing and high quality marketing magazine to support marketing and corporate initiatives.
- Develop and implement an editorial blog and social network / social media plan to drive traffic to the online properties associated with the brand.
- Determine editorial workflow schedules.
- Editorial leadership includes creatively identifying market opportunities and voids in content.
- Oversee the whole editorial division and copywriters, proofreaders to produce high quality copywriting, editing and proofreading of marketing collaterals and web content.
- Develop and implement editorial policy to ensure text, pictures, captions, and headings consistently reflect the corporate brand image.
- Edit script for broadcast media such as video and TV/radio.
- Manage creative budget for magazine.
- Working closely with Design, Product Development Departments in content development.

Requirements

- Have passion for life, pay attention to environment.
- University degree holder or above in Journalism, Communications or related disciplines.
- Min 5 years of independent writing and editing experience publishing under tight and regular deadlines.
- Proven skills monitoring writers and editors in both print and online media platforms.
- Strong fashion sense, familiar with the trend of lifestyle products industry.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
- Candidate with digital media experience is a plus.
- Creative thinking, outgoing, hardworking, able to work under high pressure and overtime.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
