* STATUS Magazine is the only magazine that does PRINT x ONLINE x EVENTS altogether. A monthly youth lifestyle and culture magazine, we cover everything about the future of fashion, music, and urban lifestyles reflected throughout the world’s hip-fizzing urban scenes, from Manila to Tokyo, LA to New York, and everywhere in between.
* STATUS Magazine initiated the digital magazine trend in the Philippines (2008), accessible through our STATUS website (www.statusmagonline.com).
* Now on iPad via Zinio. Partner of STYLES Entertainment for events in Encore, Republiq and KYSS.
Editorial Assistant / Writer (National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Major Duties:
1. Write articles for the magazine
2. Research stories for the magazine
3. Blog and post event photos
4. Source pullout and return items for different clients when needed
5. Attend events related to Status Mag or when required by Management
6. Assist in shoots for clients when needed
7. Interview people to feature for the Magazine and blogs
Minor Duties:
1. Orient Interns
2. Network during events
3. Take go-see shots
Requirements:
* Has to present a portfolio with articles related to Status Magazine
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Journalist/Editor or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
* Has to be performance-driven, flexible, and goal-oriented
* Can work under pressure, with no supervision, and be able to meet deadlines
* willing to work with the demands of a Publishing Company
