Lothan Youth Achievement Center (loyac.org) is a non-profit organization working towards the overall development of the youth. It is headquartered in Bayt Lothan Salmiya, Kuwait. The winning poem will receive a cash prize of KD200. Please call 9723-9420 for more information.
