I. Job Description
1. Front Office Management:
-prepare editorial content for our luxury fashion portal
-market watch (competitors’ analysis, entry of new players, price studies…)
-develop clients’ database through marketing actions (events, promotions, advertising, new web site tools…)
-animate existing clients’ database
-analyse clients’ database on a regular basis in order to recommend adjustment product offer to clients’ needs
-assist organise the soft launch and official launch of our fashion portal
-prepare promotions
-participate in preparation of the newsletter
-assist the manager in product range selection and product data input
II. Profile
University graduate (minimum 3 years at a top international institution), fluent in Mandarin and ideally in English too, good understanding of customer service and customers' needs, have excellent writing skills and telephone manners in Mandarin and English. Previous experience in retail is a MUST
III. Character
-team player, able to learn fast and work in an international environment, accurate
-self-starter, ability to initiate, impulse, sell and implement projects
-very organised and detail-oriented
-willing to learn, improve and experiment
-taste for human contact
-ready to embark on a fun, innovative project
-computer and internet fluency
-interest for new technologies and marketing
IV. Previous work experience
Previous experience in e-commerce and in sales of luxury goods preferred.
