Job Description
Seeking professionals who are good at copy editing, and can help us in publishing error-free content in our magazines and websites.
Skill Set required
* Ability to perform comprehensive editing and proofreading
* Command over grammar and vocabulary
* Must possess an eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills
Candidates having technology background will be preferred.
Roles and responsibilities
1) Editing and proof reading editorial content for different interviews, articles , white papers etc for errors in spelling, punctuation and grammar
3) Adherence to in-house style guidelines; check manuscripts and other items for readability, style, and agreement with editorial policy
4) Giving headlines and captions for stories and re-write stories when required.
5) Recommending improvements in all editorial material; seeking inputs from authors and filling the required gaps; ensuring that the edited copy is factually and grammatically correct
6) Degree or experience in computer science or technical communication related field is preferred
