We are putting together a newsletter on Chinese SICHUAN food and travel in Chengdu and Sichuan province of China. We are looking for a person who loves to eat or cook and would like to write articles for our NEWSLETTER. This would apply if you are a Foodie and the words … eat, smell, taste, sip, savor, and indulge a part of your daily vocabulary. This would apply if you always wanted to be a food writer or travel , but never knew how to break into the business. This would apply if you want to build your writing resume.

WE NEED

- 400 (approx) word articles written in ENGLISH on topics to do with SICHUAN Chinese cuisine OR experiences traveling in Sichuan that relate to food
- 2 to 3 electronic photos illustrating your theme

WE OFFER :

- Your articles will be featured in a newsletter that will circulate around the world
- You will be given writing credit for your work
- You will be allowed to select topics that interest you
- You will be paid $0.06 per word (thus approx $25 USD per article) plus $10 for each picture we use illustrating your topic

TO APPLY :

- please send us a sample of your writing
- submit your resume or if you feel it more appropriate just tell us about your education, work history, life experiences
- submit 4 to 5 topics on which you would like to write - remember these will be read by foodies and travelers

We will review all candidates and contact the most qualified individuals.

Compensation: $25 for article $ 10 per picture... but we are open to negotiations

Location: New Jersey

Compensation: $0.06 per word and $10 per picture

Telecommuting is ok.
