Eligibility: aged 8 to 12, who can use any medium in making the poster
Criteria: originality (40 percent), significance (30 percent) and overall impact (30 percent)
Prizes: P10,000 for the first place, P7,000 for the second place, P5,000 for the third, P3,000 for the fourth and fifth placers and P1,000 for the sixth to tenth placers
Rules:
The poster should be placed on a 15”x20” size illustration board. Slogan may be written in English or Filipino.
All artworks must be completed within one hour.
Venue: “The Stage” of Elizabeth Mall on Leon Kilat and P. del Rosario Streets, Cebu City
