Responsibilities:
* Developing customer service templates.
* Responsible for maintaining our Facebook page content, Twitter updates and blogs on a daily basis.
* Responsible for writing-up daily deals and other marketing materials.
* Responsible for writing our newsletters.
* Contribute, participate and work closely with our business development team to come up with creative sales and marketing ideas on an ad hoc basis.
* Maintain high quality standards of copywriting and quality control over all deliverables.
Requirements:
* Ability to write in Bahasa Malaysia AND English preferred.
* Degree in journalism, mass communication, or marketing preferred but not essential.
* Team player.
* Creative.
* Good grammar and attention to detail.
* Facebook and Twitter savvy.
* Minimum 2 years experience writing for the interactive media/advertising industry or similar field.
* Experience with social media, advertising, marketing and online sales is highly favourable for the successful writer.
* Able to start work immediately.
* References from previous employer and a sense of humour.
