To participate in the contest all you have to do create an ad and send it to us via the form below. Your ad may represent a fake product or service and you are encouraged to be creative and original.
The ad must in the proper format of a Google Adwords PPC Ad:
* Header: No more than 25 characters
* Description Line 1: No more than 35 characters
* Description Line 2: No more than 35 characters

Send in your ad between Monday December 12, 2010 and Monday February 27, 2011. Winners will be announced by Tuesday March 8, 2011.

To be eligible all entries must be submitted by the closing date, Monday December 12, 2010 at 12:00 Noon GMT, by way of online entry form found at http://www.aims.co.il/ppc-contest.php. No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.

* Anyone over the age of 18
* Each participant may enter only once. All additional entries will be disqualified
* We gladly accept entries from all countries
Schedule
* Contest opens on Monday December 12, 2010 at 12:00 noon GMT
* Contest closes on Monday February 27, 2011 at 12:00 noon GMT.
* The winner will be informed by e-mail no later than Tuesday March 8, 2011.
Prize
* There will be one (1) winner
* The winner will be awarded with $500 (USD) via Paypal
o If the winner does not have a paypal account, or refuses to open an account, they will receive an Amazon gift certificate for the amount of $500.
* The winner will be announced on the AIMS site no later than Tuesday March 8, 2011
* Winner will be notified by email in addition to the online announcement.

* The Sponsor and Promoter of this Contest is AIMS is a division of Vista Presentations Ltd., 3 Borochov, Haifa, Israel 32203.
* Participants may not be employees of AIMS, connected advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates or such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees reside.
* AIMS a division of Vista Presentations Ltd. will select no more than one (1) winner whose entry is deemed the most creative by Vista Presentations.
* The winner of the contest will recieve $500 via Paypal. If the winner does not have a paypal account, or refuses to open an account, they will receive an Amazon gift certificate for the amount of $500.
* Income, and other taxes (if any), on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
* Decisions made by Vista Presentations Ltd. regarding the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into with exception to the winner.
* By claiming the prize, the winners authorize the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which AIMS may deems appropriate. Including and without limitation to: posting the video, audio and data files on AIMS' website or any other website or distribution.
