Online Shop Web Editor
Scope of Responsibilities:
* Manage all day-to-day store related and product related work - including: store promotions, product categorization, product listing, product descriptions, product photos, pricing, web content update and upkeeping.
* Store promotions: Setup and active all promotions and discounts functions. Update changes immediate and remove of any out-dated promotions and promotion details.
* Product Categorization and Product Listing: Update new products listings promptly and modify any product categories to ensure customers are able to find products in the appropriate categories
* Product Photos and Descriptions: Provide attractive and accurate product descriptions to all listed products. Communicate with warehouse and arrange photos to be taken by photographer.
* Product Videos: Upload product videos to product page and work with videographer and suggest ideas to produce product videos.
* Pricing: Ensure all pricing of products are accurate all the time, including sudden updates/changes.
* Web Content Update: Ensure online product content (new or old) is up-to-date and are presented in required formats.
* Analyze and provide weekly/monthly reports and recommendations to online marketing and traffic efficiency improvements.
* Monitor and analyze visits to: Product Categories, Shopping Carts, Web Content Pages, Products on Promotions
* Monitor and find ways to improve: Cart Abandonment Rates, Incoming Traffic Conversion Rate
Requirements:
* High diploma holder or above
* Experience in managing shopping cart (either for work or personal interest)
* Preferably with 2+ years of online retailing experience.
* Strong interest in providing Good Customer Experience
* Significant understanding of online media technology.
* Knowledge in Photoshop, Premiere, photo-taking and video-taking
* Fast thinking, hardworking and care for details.
* Proactive and determined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
* Self-motivated, hard working and can work efficiently to meet deadlines.
* Experience in playing airsoft guns is a definite advantage
