Content Writer/ Editor (Kuala Lumpur - Menara Maybank)
* Develop internal communications for key initiatives and events that inform, educate and provide employees with critical information.
* Work with various internal project teams to develop and implement effective communications and engagement campaigns.
* Participate as an integral member of Transformation initiatives implementation team.
* Ensure effective alignment, distribution and flow of communications to all audiences.
* Liaise with print and video production teams and agencies as needed.
* Facilitation and measurement of communications effectiveness.
* Report on metrics and feedback in project management.
Requirements:
* Degree holder from a reputable institution of higher learning (with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper, or a CGPA score of 3.00 and above).
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Writer/ Editor within the financial industry or at a multinational organization is required for this position.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Ability to write and use varied techniques and tools to communicate effectively.
* Good understanding of print, video and e-communications processes.
* Awareness and understanding of communications needs of various employee audiences.
* Good team player with pleasant personality, energetic, independent with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Able to think creatively, result-oriented, possess problem solving together with good analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
