Part-time Blogger/ Writer Needed for Guiding Tech
Guiding Tech is a tech blog that publishes detailed tutorials and guides on Windows, internet tools, software and more. We are looking for a few tech savvy people who can devote 3-4 hours to the site each day contributing blog posts.

Who can apply?

Whether you are still in college, a graduate, or someone who’s an experienced writer, you all are welcome to apply. Your location doesn’t matter as long as you have your own computer and a decent broadband connection (we’d certainly have a slight inclination towards those who are based in Delhi-NCR, but that’s not a top priority for us ).

What skills do I need?

* You should be really good with computers and the internet. No, we don’t mean that you need to be a programmer. We mean that you should be someone who knows his way around Windows and helps friends and family members troubleshoot issues. You are someone who loves trying out new software and web apps, playing with them and discovering new stuff.

* Apart from the above skill, your English writing skills should be good. You don’t need to be an expert in English but should be able to convey your message in clear, understandable language, without any grammatical errors. We simply hate bad grammar!

* And finally, you should be able to commit 3-4 hours on each weekday ( and may be 1 or 2 hours on weekends ).

Do I need to go to an office?

No, the good thing about this job is that you can work from the comfort of your home. That will save you the commute time and other unnecessary expenses. And that’s the reason we insist that you have a nice, working PC at home with a decent broadband connection.

What about the salary?

To start with, you’ll get a part-time income as per industry industry standards ( it’ll also depend on your experience and skills). But there’s room to grow, and later on, you could have greater benefits and increased compensation.

Here’s how to apply…

Ready to apply? Great. First, we recommend that you visit www.guidingtech.com and go through some of our articles. Check out the latest, as well as some old articles. See, if they are something you would be able to write. We will, of course, give you adequate training but unless you are computer savvy enough and have the basic understanding, it might be a bit challenging.

Done? Now start from the top and carefully read this whole ad again. Most of the job applicants never read the ad carefully. They are always in a hurry to apply. You don’t want to be one of them, do you.

Finally, apply through this form. Looking forward to work with you.
