Taste Korea: Koreataste.org Blogging Contest Rules and Regulations

This Contest is open to international residents. No purchase is necessary to enter to win the 2010 Visit Korea Contest (the “Contest”). The Contest is a draw for one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a trip for one (1) to Korea. Airfare to be provided (Approx. MSRP value- $4,200). Second Prize is one (1) Samsung Galaxy Pad (16GB Wifi models, Approx. MSRP value- $900). 3rd Prize is one (1) Samsung TL500 camera (Approx. MSRP value- $600). Consolation Prize 2 two- (Approx. MSRP Value $200). Participants can enter through the Contest website: www.koreataste.org

How To Enter:

i. Standard Entry Ballot: To enter the contest, participants must enter online via the contest site located at www.koreataste.org fully complete the required fields on the Standard Entry Ballot

ii. Any attempt by any participant to enter more than one Standard Entry Ballot by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entry/entries and that participant will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Contest Dates

All eligible online Standard Entry Ballots and bonus ballots will be entered in the Grand Prize draw. Commencement of the Contest will occur on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 8:59 a.m. (Korean Time) and will conclude on Friday, December 5, 2010, at 11:59:59 p.m. (Korean Time) (the “Promotion Period”).

Korea Tourism Organization, its retailers, parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising agencies and agents are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, ineligible, damaged, destroyed or misdirected entries. All entries become the sole property of Korea Tourism Organization and none will be returned.

Awarding of Prize

The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified approximately ten (10) business days after the draw has been made.

Secondary Prizes will be delivered directly to the Winners approximately 4 to 6 weeks of prize winner confirmation.

Eligibility

All contestants at the time of Contest entry must be a legal resident and be over the age of 18. Employees and representatives of Korea Tourism Organization or Korean Air., its parent company, retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies and those with whom they are domiciled are ineligible.
