Responsibilities:
* Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning by employing a variety of appropriate teaching strategies.
* Encourage student enthusiasm for the learning process and the development of good study habits.
* Uses effective oral and written expression.
* Evaluates accomplishments of students on a regular basis using multiple assessment methods such as teacher made tests, samples of students' work, mastery skills check lists, criterion-referenced tests and norm-referenced tests.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent
* Required skill: Proficiency in English
* Six (6) months to one (1) year related work experience is an advantage
* With teaching experience in IELTS and ESL is an advantage
* Must be patient, flexible, and dynamic in servicing non-English speakers
* Detail-oriented and has high tolerance for stress
* Basic computer literacy
* Friendly, approachable and well-mannered
* Pro-actively seeks to develop professionally
* Able to reflect on and learn from experience
* Fresh graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
