Bachelor's degree
TEFL certificate or at least two years of verifiable teaching experience with grades 1-5

Highly motivated to teach young learners 5-12 years of age
Cross-cultural sensitivity for working with Chinese staff, students, and families
Outgoing, creative, passionate about teaching
Familiarity with Western children's literature (picture books or chapter books) a plus
