If you answered yes to these questions then this might be just the opportunity you were looking for! We are an English school based in Makassar Indonesia, with approximately 350 students, 7 -8 international teachers at anytime, and a close knit support team of Indonesian staff.

This position will see you recruiting, training, observing and timetabling the international teachers, and you will also have the opportunity to teach students yourself. The classes vary from 5y.o to adults, although the majority of the students are still in school and the approximate class size is only 10 students.

Fluo Institute (previously EF Makassar) has been operating and recruiting international teachers for many years providing excellent teacher support and local staff that understand English. It’s a great, relaxed environment with strong relationships between staff and teachers.

In addition they provide Flight allowance, Monthly salary with contract completion bonus, a furnished house, visa and fiscal costs and medical insurance for the 1 year contract.
