The Australian Literature Review website is focused on assisting Australian writers to develop their craft and showcasing Australian writing which does not simply conform to cultural politics models which currently pervade much Australian literary writing.
The Australian Literature Review takes the position that literature is not a tool for authors to try to steer readers towards political or philosophical conclusions, but a means of entertainment, enjoyment, and providing a springboard for readers to wonder and think for themselves.
Submissions can be accompanied by a short bio up to 50 words which can include a relevant website or blog link. All submissions must be the intellectual property of the person submitting. By submitting, you agree that your submission can be displayed on The Australian Literature Review website (www.auslit.net).
