Solstice Publishing – The Turning Point in Great Fiction announces it’s call for submissions to the Celebrate The Season Contest. Send your short story entries to submissions.solstice@yahoo.com. There will be 5 winners and their stories will be published in both ebook and print as an anthology to be released during the holiday season. Please submit entries by September 1, 2010. The winners will be announced by October 1, 2010 and the book will be released by November 1, 2010.

Please no simultaneous submissions. Submit your work to only one publisher at a time.
The subject of your email should read: Submission-Title-Genre-Author Name For Example: Submission – Haunted Destiny -Paranormal –Kelly Abell
Make sure this is a completed manuscript that has been painstakingly edited and polished.
We will accept previously published works but only if the author holds exclusive rights.
Will not accept short stories less than 12,000 words.
Anything 12,000 – 30,000 is considered a novella.
30,000 and up is a novel.
We will accept works larger than 90,000 but they must be fast moving and hold the readers interest – Author should be prepared for larger works to be edited down to a manageable size.
