Now we would like to hear stories of the journeys you have made.
Let us know in between 250 and 300 words of a journey you made or that you can imagine. It could be a journey you make every day or a description of a once in a lifetime trip. Perhaps you met someone or did something out of the ordinary whilst on a journey or perhaps you have been caught up in the travel chaos caused by the Volcano ash cloud. It doesn’t have to be a journey by road and it need not be a physical journey. It can be a life journey or a description of how you overcame seemingly impossible odds. We want to know why you embarked on it, how you got there and what you learned on the way. We will select one overall winner who will win £100 worth of Argos gift vouchers and an England Supporter’s kit containing an England fun wig, car flag, 5’x3’ large flag, face paint and inflatable England hand. There will also be 11 runners up selected who will all receive the England supporter’s kit in time for the World Cup and each month we will publish a winning story on our web site.
