The Graduate School awards 10 scholarships on a merit basis, half of which are reserved for candidates from universities other than the founding institutions. Each scholarship is for about € 13.600 gross per year plus School tuition fees. The study grant is increased by 50% per month (for a maximum of eighteen months) for time spent by the student at one of the partner institutions abroad.QUALIFICATIONS AND PUBLICATIONS:
The following documents must be enclosed with the application form for admission to the Graduate School:
a) An up-to-date CV/resumé;
b) For graduates, a certificate of a four-year diploma di laurea or post-graduate degree with the final grade and transcripts of the courses attended and grades received or the foreign academic qualification from a foreign university, with the final grade and transcripts of the courses attended with grades received;
- If qualification is pending, a certificate of enrolment at one of the above-mentioned Italian degree courses with the transcripts of courses attended and grades received or at a foreign academic course with transcripts of the courses attended and grades received;
c) Certification of further qualifications, such as a Master degree and other post-graduate courses from Italian or foreign institutions with transcripts of courses attended and grades received;
-a photocopy of all qualifications and relative transcripts;
d) A list of all publications to be considered during the selection procedure;
e) At least two letters of recommendation (download here the form for the reference letter) written by members of university academic staff; these letters, in sealed envelopes signed by the senders, must be enclosed with the application;
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The selection procedure for admission to the Graduate School, aiming to ascertain the candidates’ knowledge, ability and aptitude for scientific research in subjects related to the School, is by academic merits. No more than 10 candidates are admitted to the Programme.
