Writers at Sea is a group of writers based in Mumbai, India. We are all experienced writers and we propose to bring out a series of anthologies of short stories on various themes. The theme for this year, and our first anthology, is Bollywood.
Writers at Sea is accepting submissions for its proposed anthology of short stories based on Bollywood themes. Send us your very best original and unpublished work by June 15th. We are looking for quality short stories which are your own and unpublished.
Each story must be have a Bollywood theme, though you can interpret it any way you like and the more original your approach the higher the chances of selection. We appreciate good writing and innovative approaches.
You must be above 18 to submit to us and it does not matter if you are a newcomer or an experienced writer. The maximum length we will accept is 5000 words. Anything longer will be rejected.
Our deadline is 15 June 2010 and we will not accept stories which are sent after that date. We accept email submissions only. Send your stories to: writersatsea@gmail.com
You can send more than one story if you wish. We will not pay for stories but will give you copies of the anthology when it is published.
