Three Percent, the University of Rochester’s “translation-centric Web site,” has announced ten finalists for its 2010 Best Translated Book of Poetry Award. The judges — Brandon Holmquest, Jennifer Kronovet, Idra Novey, Kevin Prufer and Matthew Zapruder — have selected the following books by Asian writers:
