Description: The Philippines Graphic magazine is a newsweekly publication of the Philippine Graphic Publications, Inc, publisher, too, of Cook Magazine and a sister company of the BusinessMirror newspaper. As a weekly news publication, we feature for the most part in-depth analysis of the news (mostly on governance, politics, economics, breaking news, etc.) and other related subjects. As a venue for Philippine literature in English, we publish poetry and short fiction written by both new and seasoned Filipino writers. Every year we honor the best among them through our Nick Joaquin Literary Awards for Short Fiction. Nick Joaquin is the Philippines' National Artist for Literature and the Graphic's former editor-in-chief.
