Meena Chopra's nature-inspired poetry books will be launched Feb. 28 at the Mississauga Central Library, 301 Burnhamthorpe Rd. W. Hosted by the library, it takes place from 2-4 p.m. in room C13. The book launch will feature 'subah kaa suuraj ab mera nahii.n hai (Adieu to the Dawn)' in Hindi with readings in both Hindi and English. Chopra said that she was inspired by the setting sun in Canada which made her feel connected to Nainital, her hometown in India. "My poetry is subjective. There is nature within and nature without. I feel that it comes out of the heart and of nature and that no one is untouched," she said. The second edition of Chopra's book, Ignited Lines, will be released. In addition, there will be an art exhibition of Meena's art.
